Product
Payer is a stock based unit of a private company that issues financial instruments such as Bitcoin, Ether and shares of our company. For each underlying asset, PayperEx issues a limited number of paypers.
Two kinds of Payper “BULL” and “BEAR” are issued. “BULL_Payper” for those who think that the price of the basic asset will rise, “BEAR_Payper” for those who think that the price of the underlying asset will go down.

The new coin PAX is issued so that the crowd can join our project and be a member of our network. PAX Token is the only one used in PayPerEx networks. Each activity in the PayperEx network is performed using PAX and makes the token an integral part of the network and its economical drivers. For activities running on the network, the PAX is transferred from one participant to another.

Token PAX is issued by PayperEx and is the only one used in PayperEx network. Each activity in the PayperEx network is performed using PAX and makes the token an integral part of the network and its economical drivers.
For activities running on the network, the PAX is transferred from one participant to another. By using block chain technology, it is confirmed that all PAXs are transferred only once.
PAX tokens have multiple uses on our network.
PAX needs to join the PayperEx network.
Payout values are measured in PAX.
Payment for payment of payment will be shared on PAX.
Transaction fees are billed on PAX.
The initial value of 1 PAX in crowdsale is 0, 00002 Bitcoin. 1 Bitcoin is equivalent to 50,000 PAX (65,000 PAX during 1 Bitcoin’s sale, more than 30% of the token sale period).
PAX Crowdsale
PAX will only be issued during clouddale (pre-sale sale and token). Once done, no more tokens will be generated.
Sales are valid for 120 days from 21 August 2017 to 19 December 2017.

Up to 1,000,000,000 PAX tokens are saved as backups * Additional PAX tokens are provided free as up to 1,200,000,000 PAX tokens during pre-rail according to additional PAX models and the remaining tokens are canceled
Up to 4,000,000 PAX tokens will be sold during the clouddale and the remaining tokens will be canceled.
Example: If 3,500,000,000 PAXs are sold during a cloud sale and 1,000,000,000 PAXs are given as additional PAX during the presale, the remaining 500,000,000 and 200,000,000 will be canceled. This adds a total of 5,500,000,000 to the number of tokens sold and adds PAX and PayperEx to 1,000,000,000. The price of 1 PAX token in crowdsale is set to 0, 00002 Bitcoin.

Pre-sale pool: up to 4 million PAX sales and 1,200 million additional free PAX.
The basic price of 1 PAX in presales will be 0, 00002 Bitcoin.
The minimum purchase price for the presale is 1,000 PAX
Presale will run until all tokens are sold, or up to 30 days.
Up to 4,000,000 PAX tokens are sold during the pre-sale period and the remaining tokens are sold at the main token sale at each main token selling price.
The maximum number of PAX tokens is 1.200.000.000 (according to spare PAX model) provided free as Extra PAX in presale and the remaining tokens are canceled.
